Why do I have to apply online?

Online applications offer many advantages: First of all, our application wizard guides you through the individual steps, ensuring that we receive all the information we need. Second, it allows you to keep an eye on the current status of your application at all times. And third, online applications via the MEYER Group job portal can be processed by us much faster than applications that reach us by post or email. This means that you will also receive feedback more quickly.

How does an online application work?

Applying online via the MEYER Group job portal is not difficult. Proceed as follows:

  • In our job overview you will find all current job offers.
  • As soon as you have found the right job offer for you, click on the "Apply now" button in the job advertisement.
  • In the window that now opens, please fill out the form and upload the relevant application documents.
  • Please read and accept the privacy policy and send us the application. Optionally, you can also open your own account and view your current application status. If necessary, you can complete your details and documents here.
  • As soon as you click the button "Send application", your online application will be sent to us. You will promptly receive a confirmation of receipt at the e-mail address you provided - and we will now start processing your application.

What documents should be included in my application?

The more detailed your application documents are, the faster we can get a picture of you. In any case, the personal data in your profile should be up-to-date and the application should include a cover letter, a CV and references.

How much time do I have to plan for an application?

An application via our job portal does not take long. You should already have your data and documents ready and well prepared before applying. Then you will need about five to ten minutes for your application.

How do I communicate with the MEYER Group?

Communication in the application process is mainly by e-mail. If necessary, we will also contact you by telephone if we have further questions. If you are hired by us, you will of course receive the contract documents by post.

I have not received a registration confirmation. What can I do?

If you have not received the registration confirmation, please check whether your e-mail box still has sufficient free space or whether the e-mail has accidentally landed in the spam folder.

Can I apply for more than one position?

Provided there are several job offers that are of interest to you and for which you feel qualified, you can submit a separate application for each individual job offer.

I have received a rejection letter. Does this also apply to my other applications?

We process each application separately. If you have applied for more than one position, you will therefore receive separate confirmations of receipt, letters of invitation and rejections. In other words, a rejection letter will only ever concern one specific application and will not affect any other open applications.

Can I withdraw my application?

If you no longer wish to maintain an application, you can withdraw it. To do so, log in to your Softgarden account with your access data. If you do not have a Softgarden account, please contact the relevant MEYER Group contact person or reply to the confirmation email of your application.

Can applications that have already been sent be changed again?

You can log in at any time and adjust your application data..

What do I do if I have forgotten my password or my log-in does not work?

If you can no longer log in, please use the "Forgotten password" function. Go to www.softgarden.com and select "Forgotten password" in the "Login applicants" section.

How does the MEYER Group ensure data protection?

Data protection is an important concern. How we handle your data is regulated in our data protection declaration. It complies with the legal requirements. As soon as you register on our job portal, you must agree to the data protection declaration. Without such consent, we cannot and may not process your data.

How long will my data be stored?

Your data will be stored for a period of six months. If you have not logged into your profile at least once within this period, we are obliged and entitled to delete your data. Who can access my data?

Your data can only be accessed by employees of the MEYER Group who are involved in the recruitment process. Your data will never be provided to our contractors or third parties.
